إلتزاماً بقواعد الإفصاح وعلى وجه الخصوص المادة (58) من نظام طرح وإدراج الأوراق المالية، والمادة (4/ بند 10) من نظام حوكمة الشركات والكيانات القانونية المدرجة في السوق الرئيسية، تفصح شركة المجموعة للرعاية الطبية(ش.م.ع.ق) أن مكتب المحاماة الخارجي قد أفاد بصدور حكم قضائي اليوم الأربعاء الموافق  30/09/2020 في الدعوى المدنية الكلية رقم 4048/2017 المرفوعة من الشركة ضد المدعى عليها الأولى الشركة الوطنية للتأمين الصحي – صحة (تحت التصفية) وآخرين وذلك بطلب إلزام المدعى عليهم بالآتي:

• سداد قيمة المبالغ المستحقة نظير الخدمات الصحية التي قدمت للمواطنين المؤمن عليهم بموجب العقد المبرم بين الطرفين ، بالإضافة إلى الغرامات التأخيرية.
• الحكم ببطلان قرار تصفية الشركة المدعى عليها الأولى.
• الحكم بإشهار إفلاس الشركة المدعى عليها الأولى.

وقد حكمت المحكمة بما يلي:-

• عدم قبول الدعوى بالنسبة للخصمين المدخلين.
• إلزام المدعى عليها الأولى الشركة الوطنية للتأمين الصحي بأن تؤدي للمدعية مبلغاً وقدره 125,683,595 ريال قطري ، بالإضافة إلى تعويض بمبلغ 5,000,000  ريال قطري.
• رفض ما عدا ذلك من الطلبات.
• إلزام المدعى عليها بالمصاريف.

In compliance with the disclosure rules, in particular Article (58) of the “Offering & Listing of Securities Rulebook” , and Sub-Clause 10-4 of the Governance Code for Companies & Legal Entities Listed on the Main Market, Medicare Group(Q.P.S.C) discloses that the company has been informed by the external law firm that a court judgment issued this Wednesday 30/09/2020 in the civil lawsuit No. 4048/2017 filed by the company against the National Health Insurance Company – SEHA  (under liquidation) and other defendants, requesting the court to oblige the defendants to:

• Pay Medicare Group (Q.P.S.C) the outstanding amounts for the health services provided by the company to the insured citizens pursuant to the agreement signed between the parties, in addition to the demurrages due to delay in payment.
• To nullify the decision of liquidating the first defendant.
• Declare the first defendant’s bankruptcy.

 The court has issued the following Verdict:

1. Not to accept the case against the second and third litigants.
2. Oblige the first defendant (National Health Insurance Company) to pay the plaintiff an amount of QR 125,683,595 and the amount of QR 5,000,000 as compensation.
3. Reject the other demands.
4. Oblige the defendant to pay the expenses.
