Medicare Group achieves net profits of QR 65,700,560 by the year ended 2023 and the Board submits a recommendation to the AGM to distribute dividends of 22% of the nominal value of the share in cash.

Medicare Group disclosed its annual financial statements for the period ended on 31.12.2023. The statements shows that the net profit is QR 65,700,560 compared to net profit amounting to QR 79,164,805 for the same period of the previous year.

Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.23 for the period ended December 31, 2023 compared to EPS amounted to QR 0.28 for the same period of the previous year.

Accordingly, the Board has decided to put forward to the Ordinary General Assembly its recommendation for the distribution of cash dividends 22 % of the nominal share value (i.e. QR 0.22 per share).
