Medicare Group announces that due to lack of legal quorum of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting today, March 24, 2024; it has been decided to postpone the meeting to the alternative date, Monday, April 1, 2024, at 10:00 pm, at the company’s headquarters located in Wadi Al-Sail area – Ahmed Bin Ali Street – Al-Ahli Hospital Building – Building (B) – Auditorium.”
