• As per the company’s Articles of Association, Non-Qatari investors may own 100% of the company’s capital.

• As per the company’s Articles of Association, the maximum ownership for the shareholder, whether a natural or legal persons, is 25% of the company’s shares. There is no minimum limit to own shares in the company.

• As per the company’s Articles of Association, the minimum number of shares that a candidate must own as a condition for candidacy for membership in the company’s Board of Directors is at least 0.25% of the company’s shares, which is equivalent to 703,602 shares. This condition does not apply to candidates for membership under the category of independent members.
