In compliance with the provisions of the Governance Code for Listed Companies issued by QFMA’s Board Decision No. (5) Of 2025, Medicare Group (Q.P.S.C) discloses, according to the external law firm, the judgment in lawsuit Cassation Appeal No. 22/2026 and No. 143/2026 filed by Medicare Group against National Health Insurance Company – (under liquidation) and others, and the appeal filed by the National Health Insurance Company – SEHA against Medicare Group. The Court of Cassation decided, in chambers, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, not to accept the two appeals
