The company’s Articles of Association also include the following procedures applied in the company: 

  • Cumulative Voting Method when electing the Board Members.

  • Prohibition of Combining Positions that are illegal to combine them by law. 
  • The necessary assurances for shareholders to exercise their rights guaranteed by laws, such as the principle of equality between shareholders in rights, right to dispose of shares, right to obtain the prescribed  share of dividends, rights related to the company’s general assemblies, rights related to voting, right to dismiss the chairman or members of the board of directors in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the law, right to access and request information, the right to provide protection for minority shareholders when concluding major deals or actions that prejudice the company’s interests or harm the ownership of the company’s capital, right to view the list of remunerations, amounts, and benefits of board members, donations, advertising expenses, and contracts with related parties or that involve a conflict of interests, right to object to decisions and nullify them in accordance with the rules established by law, and the right to communicate their opinions to the Board.
