Medicare Group (Q.P.S.C) discloses that Withaq Business Development has replaced its representative on the Board of Directors of Medicare Group, whereby Mr. Ameer Ali Al- Mulla will represent it on the Board in place of Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Thani bin Abdulla Al-Thani, until the end of the current Board term (2024-2026). The required approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities have been duly obtained.
